(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use, which is accessible at cliftclimbing.com/terms-of-use unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection
We collect and use personal information to contact you, and to provide, improve, protect and to promote our Services.
When you sign up for our Services, we require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including your name, email address, year of birth, as well as additional personal information in order to provide you a better experience and personalized account. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
When you use our Services, we collect relevant information about your usage (such as the climbing routes you climb, the date and time of any request).
The data you provide through the Services are transferred through Clift’s account with Heroku (“Heroku”). Heroku utilizes Amazon’s secure data centers and the Amazon Web Service (“AWS”) technology.

Use of Information
We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below.
We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests ("Business Purposes"), in order to enter into or perform a contract with you ("Contractual"), with your consent ("Consent"), and/or for compliance with our legal obligations ("Legal Reasons"). We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.
● To send administrative information to you for Business Purposes, Legal Reasons and/or possibly Contractual. We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

Logged Data
We would like to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Site and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Sites, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Storing your Personal Information
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years, the period of time in which you have an account with us 2 years past the termination of your account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
